Betsey Johnson Vintage Floral Lace Mini Dress

Strapless little black dress from Betsey Johnson with sweet details all over, like ruffle trim, floral lace overlay, knife pleats in the skirt, and a velvety button placket with ruffle trim that has an almost tuxedo style look to it. Has boning along the front & back bodice to help it stay up. Side zipper access. I wanted to wear this layered over a top but it's just a little too small! Marked a size 4 but runs smaller, like 0/2. Waist measures about 24.5". Last photo shows the only flaw.
