Brand: Betsey Johnson Size: 2 Features: Midi Length Embroidered Rose Print with a nude underlay Halter neckline Vintage 90's Has some stretch but not a lot *Halter does latch but my mannequin sizing was too big to allow for me to connect Condition: Preowned vintage great condition. It is missing hook and eye closure at top of zipper but does zipper all the way up. The original dress did have roses attached to straps but have been removed purchased. There are no snags where they have been removed.
