Please see photos for condition details and for my measurements. 90's to 00's Y2K Vintage Betsey Johnson NY Empire waist, sweetheart neckline, ruched bust, babydoll dress leading to spaghetti strap tie back halter (or tie as a bust bow), smocked back with side hidden zipper and hook and eye closure; flows into A-line from bust/waist. Bust and skirt are lined. Bust area does not have any added padding, but there is a firm section to add structure to keep the bust section up and in place. Slate grayish blue silk charmeuse with black floral embroidery throughout. It has two side seam pockets. Perfect blend of sexy and sweet. No rips, tears or stains.
