Rare Vintage Betsey Johnson Black Velvet Coat With Feathers and Bright Floral Embroidery Size P (Petite) Please see pics for measurements. Has black velvet tie at waist, can be worn one or closed. Per my inspection it seems to be in excellent condition. I did notice one tiny spot (see pic) not super noticeable. This evening jacket is so beautiful but just doesn’t fit me!!
