Betsey Johnson Turquoise White Striped Strapless Mini Dress Size 6

The most adorable Tiffany blue and white striped dress by Betsey Johnson. Is lined and has tool underneath for the perfect poof. I only wore this once (see photo). The tip of the zipper broke (see picture) but still zips up nicely. Measurements taken flat: Waist: 14” Bust (pit to pit): 15” Total length: 26”
