Betsey Johnson Strapless Tulle Tea Party Dress

Gently pre-loved size 2 black Betsy Johnson mini tea dress with a pinky beige trim & lots of internal layers for the perfect poofy & feminine Ariana Grande look! There are two minor flaws, but they do camouflage seamlessly. 2.5 inch tear in the top layer fabric on right side of skirt and a small ~.5mm tear in fabric next to the back zipper.
