Vintage & Rare this Betsey Johnson dress is exquisite. Overlaying the red lining is sheer black silk w/ painted flowers & delicate beading. Spaghetti straps & slight cowl neckline. I’m 5’5” and it hits about mid-calf. Wear with a velvet choker and chunky shoes and be a 90’s starlet! In good condition overall with stain pointed out on lining and snag on ride side near back.
