Betsey Johnson Party Dress 👗

This is the little black dress with something extra special. Gorgeous layers of black and white chiffon with a halter style neck. It is 33” in front and longer at 36” in back. I bought at a boutique and never wore it. It is a size 4. Zips in the back Great for any time of year or event.
