Betsey Johnson Dress

Emerald green silk floral print dress. Empire bodice with bow that gathers and ties at bottom of bust. Sleeves are a double layer flutter style providing a beautiful drape. The entire dress drapes beautifully and is a flattering cut. Sorry to see this gorgeous frock go as l luv it but too big for me. Very retro glam. Paid full price at Macy's in 2006 or 2007.
