Purchased straight off the runway at an AIDS benefit in 1999 in New York City, this is an original butter-soft black velvet Betsey Johnson dress with a bit of stretch to it. Has tie at neckline that leaves a key-hole opening. Length from shoulder is 34 1/2 inches. Only worn twice after charity event (model wore the dress for approximately 20 minutes). Feels great on and is comfortable to wear. Falls to just above the knee so can be a bit sexy but also demure. From smoke-free home. BONUS: I will include a sheer black wrap for free.
