Betsey Johnson "Betseyville" Rally Boots

These undeniably feminine Betsey Johnson boots are a vision to behold! A playful boot with ruffles around the top and front of the boots. The boots have front faux shoe laces, while the backs feature zippers and snap closures. All man made materials. These would look fabulous with a pair of leggings or a cute frilly dress. Heel height: 1" Top calf circumference: 15" Height: 18" * Please note the last picture. Although they are in great condition, the boots have a small defect. Betseyville items were made from 2003-2010.
