100% soft cotton, a real cowgirl shirt but has sequined shoulders. You might think that cowgirls and sequins don't go together but this shirt brings it all together!! XS and TP....which is tall petite , so it's longer than most XSs All of my items are excellent condition, unless noted otherwise. Most are never used / worn or like new.
