Rare Bethany Lowe "Jolly Witch" banner-waving, felted wool stuffed witch figurine/doll for Halloween. She stands approximately 20" tall and is made of felt and is displayed on a black wood base. She is holding A Jolly Halloween banner in one hand and a cone shaped paper basket in the other. Her hat and basket are embellished with crepe paper rosettes and metallic tinsel. Her collar is made of crepe paper and trim down the front of the dress is made of the same. Her head/face I believe is made of resin. The piece has an intentional weathered appearance, which is how it was made. She is not new and does have some wear - mainly on her hat. It’s a bit bent up & would look great re painted. Her hat could also stand to be re-glued ~ none of this is really visible when displayed. Please see all photos and enlarge them to view details and better evaluate the condition.
