"Best" earrings and pendant

pair of "Best" brand stud earrings. silver tine with a blue swirl. very light weight and comfortable to wear. I believe the blue color swirl is resin or some other plastic with a seal over it. They are just slightly smaller than a quarter. Matching pendant 2" has some discoloration on the back and slightly on one side,please see photos.
