Bespoke Messermeister Post Carnivore Meat Cleaver, Stainless Steel, Wooden Handle. Brand new in box. Sold out online! Dimensions: Total: (L)13" Blade: (L)7.25" This cleaver is crafted from laser-cut, hardened and tempered, high-carbon stainless steel. The thick blade is fixed to a coitbe wood handle using a full-tang construction, secured with fat brass rivets. Its dense weight excels at cutting through poultry bone and thick vegetables, but the wide blade’s super useful for crushing garlic, too. Materials: high-carbon stainless steel, coitbe wood, brass Care: Hand wash after each use and dry promptly after washing. Not dishwasher safe. Use wood or plastic cutting boards — glass and other hard surfaces can dull blades quickly. Never use a knife as a chisel, screwdriver, can opener, or for anything else it wasn’t designed for.
