Bernie Mev Ozawa boots sz.40/fit like a narrow 8

These are brand new Bernie Mev boots with memory foam. I tried to wear them once but were too tight so I couldn't even wear them at all. I ordered them from Walmart.com for $40. Included of course is the box, box shoe liner, and white dust bag for the boots. They are European size 40 but fit like a narrow size 8. I take a 9-9.5W so these are way too small for me. They are gorgeous suede like short boots with side zippers and luxurious memory foam. Wish they would have fit but I bought the largest size available. Hoping someone else can enjoy them.
