Bernie Dexter Lulu dress in black and white polka dots, zipper up back ,only tried on ,never worn ,bust is 16 ,waist is 12.5 but seemed to stretch to 13 ,length of skirt from waist is 20 inches,washed it on gentle and hung to dry so it is ready to go !
