Supremely rare Bernie Dexter Chelsea Dress in Michael Miller fabric. Well loved, but still in beautiful condition. Like most other owners, I hesitate to sell her, but I know others are waiting for her. No tie/belt included. Waist measurement 32” max (there is no stretch to this fabric) Pit to pit measures 19.5” The garment does have one area of discoloration on the skirt, which is pretty well hidden in the pleats and the pattern.
