I love this coat SOO MUCH! 2 things; I’m just afraid it will be too snug; I wear a 12, but as you said, vintage runs much smaller.. 2nd; is leather soft or stiffer? If coat wasn’t TOO small , I would just wear unbuttoned.. thinking..

@jawmom I just tried it on and I do think it's pretty small compared to modern sizes. I typically wear a 6 and it fit me pretty well (though I do have broader than average shoulders)
