Benita’s two piece prom dress/evening gown

Mari Lee, size 8 but fits a size 6 too. Bought for the Miss Washington pageant. Top is mostly mesh with jewels and the back is open with only mesh and jewels. The bottom has a small mermaid look to it. Layered with blue lace over the bottom material. The bottom is a little worn and dirty, but it has never been hemmed and I am 5’9, so if you get it hemmed, there should be no problems with the bottom inch.
