White 100% cotton dress. Rose & stem design in a navy color. Ruffle chest button area. Same softer ruffle on end of three quarter length sleeves. Sleeves have v up backside of arm. Measurements in photos. Mannequin is a size 4 & I would say dress fits her appropriately as a medium should. Ben Sherman is brand. Made in China. No noted flaws. Slip on style dress, buttons are more for decorative purposes, than actual use.
