Belted sleeveless ruffle blouse

Gorgeous for so many occasions. This is a reposh for me. It was listed with some measurements that must’ve been stretched out instead of setting flat. Armpit to armpit this is about 15 1/2” but an important thing to know is that the waist is smaller. Measured flat and unstretched it’s about 14” with only a bit of stretch. So this is on the smaller side of a medium for sure. The entire back zips from neck to the bottom of the hem. I couldn’t even zip it up past a few inches. I am currently in an 8 petite so I’m recommending for around a regular size 2 or 4. Beautiful blue color, black belt, classy look. In EUC.
