Belted dress

Pretty belted knee-length dress with chiffon-like patterned blouson top and fitted black skirt small split in the back. Zippered back. Blouson top has tank underneath. Worn a couple of times. Excellent condition. (Poor lighting in room, this is a lovely color in person.)
