Excellent condition Gorgeous silk and velvet tunic with a tie front and optional belt. I've worn this as a sexy little dress with knee-high boots, and as a tunic with leggings. It has a really fun Stevie Nicks vibe. Belt is not attached, can be taken out of the tiny belt loops. Rayon / Silk / Velvet Small - top is billowy and could fit someone with a larger chest but the part below the belt fits like a true small, if that makes sense. Not recommended if your pant size is larger than 28 waist.

annaisaacson87 Hi Rose, I sent you a message too but in case: I'm 5 foot 6.5 inches. If I wear it as a dress it's very short, so depending on how old your daughter is, just FYI :) It's good for a date or something but mildly scandalous. It's great with opaque tights too. Thanks, Anna
