Belt with western like cutouts

Belt (black/or dark dark brown) with western look cutouts and gold buckle. New never used Belt is 51.75” long. Not sure of belt size but there are holes starting at 8.5” going all the way to 51” (I don’t remember when I got this belt but I typically wear a 16 pant)
