Belt Silver 45" Long

Belt that is made of metal silver coating has a dogleash like hook. Would be good to ware around a dress to give it a little bling to the waistline. I had put 221/2" but that would be doubled because I had it hooked, and was measuring it while it was hooked and not laying straite sorry I had a moment!.
