Belt Buckle Copper and Turquoise Feathers

Belt Buckle with a turquoise and black colored Cabochon Stone mounted in the center. Feather design. Marked solid copper, yet has flakes of gold that have worn away exposing a silver colored metal underneath. Please see pictures for condition. Has the hallmarks for the Bell Trading Company which specializes in Native American Indian jewelry. There does appear to be a signature, but I can't make it out. Approx. Measurements 3 3/4 x 2 1/2
