Burgundy satin with gold Swiss dots trimmed in gold sequins on hem. The elastic on the skirt needs to be replaced. its about $4 and you slip the elastic though the casing on the waist band. A 15 minute job .
otherwise the skirt will be pressed and in great condition

@hope_star Hi the top of the band is 34" . thats wearing it on your mid hip area. Now you can make it smaller of larger because it is two pieces front and back. You control that by the elastic band. As I said it is a 15 minute change out on the elastic . A cleaners can do this if you dont sew . They just have to feed the elastic through and sew the end which is a 1 minute deal. The hem is 34 1/2 ' in the back and 33 1/2 'in the front. The gold lace veil n skirt matches this skirt ck my closet
