Belleek in Retrospect (Ireland) 2000 Small Porcelain Textured Cup

A small multi-use container made in 2000 from Belleek that looks to me like it has ocean creature-like vibes with it's wavy, swirling body and barbed rim accented with gold. The container, perfect to hold nail files, pens, pencils, lipsticks, makeup brushes or even candy, measures about 3" x 3". The bottom is signed "Belleek in Retrospect 2000" and the Belleek mark. The piece is in very good condition.
