Belle Tutu Dress

Handmade Belle tutu dress, great for birthday theme or playing dress up. Top is stretchy and lined, it’s non see through. Top layer are shiny tulles and glitters are pressed onto the tulles, does not fall off. This dress is size 3T-5T, waistline stretched 21in-25in. Front skirt length is 14in and back length is 24in from waistline down. Hand wash only.
