Belle Poque Light Blue Dress

Beautiful light blue dress; color is a cross between powder blue and sky blue. Has a side zip as pictured. Measurements are shown in the pictures as well. The bust has stretch to it from the smocking. No flaws with it. This is a new dress, but I removed the tag because I couldn't return it. Only wore to try on. From a smoke free home. Very pretty dress but the color is not right for me so I would like to sell and make room in my closet for other things.
