Belle Badgley Mischka Vivienne Ruffle Dress

Gorgeous red (or red orange) sleeveless dress with a stunning cascading ruffle detail on the skirt. Very good pre-owned condition except the straps were previously altered. Alterations were carefully removed to restore the original length, as shown in photos.
