Lovely Bella Tu tunic dress with v neck, 3/4 bell sleeves, on seam pockets, and drop waist with slightly flounced skirt. Blue block print pattern. Subtle sparkle at the neck with embroidery. Comes with tasseled belt in the same fabric. Made in India, 100% cotton. Body of dress (not sleeves) is fully lined. Only worn once for an event and in excellent condition.
