Bella Luxx navy blue high neck maxi dress

I love this dress, but never got around to wearing it. It’s a little wrinkly so it needs to be ironed. It’s a beautiful dress that you can dress up or wear with flip-flops. There’s a keyhole on the back neck and slits down the side, it also has a liner.
