Color: Ice (light blue) color. Strapless, natural waist and trumpet skirt. *Altered* Size 0 but taken out slightly in the chest to accommodate 34B and taken in 1 inch in the waist. Also hemmed at bottom. I am 5’4” and wore Vince Camuto Pendry Sandal heel. (1.25” platform and 4.25” stacked block heel) Dry cleaned! Only wore once to a wedding this September.
