Bell sleeve v neck romper

Super cute bell sleeve v neck romper with tie accent in front. Two layers: one is black and the other is sheer floral so it is NOT see through. SUPER stretchy and lightweight and honestly great to layer under skirts too. Fits me (a size 14/16 super well) Like new, no signs of wear. No damage or stains.
