Belle du Tour slips over a black blouse with white flowers. It features a square neck with small ruffles on bottom of neck and a small ruffle just under the breast. Machine washable. New with tags. Size: Small, (look at the measurements it looks more like a medium) approximate measurements taken flat: Bust (pit to pit): 16", Length from top of neckline to bottom 27", top shoulder seam to shoulder seam 15", shoulder seam to bottom 26", Inside sleeve 4", outside sleeve from shoulder 9", flares out at bottom 22” Material: 100% Polyester.
