Bell Fine Garments Victorian Style Plaid Button Down

This is a super unique Victorian style button down with frills and bell sleeves. Checked plaid print, would be amazing for a costume or just a fabulous outfit. Fantastic quality. Has one small stain near buttons as shown in last two photos, not very noticeable due to the fabric pattern. 100% cotton and made in the USA. Measures 26” long, 21.5” pit to pit, 24.5” from end of sleeve to shoulder seam, 18” across at waist.
