Like new vintage capris made in a Vietnamese Boutique Waist: 14.5” flat (29” waist) Length: 28” Hip: ~18” flat Inseam: ~18.5” Rise: ~9.5” Leg opening: 8.5” flat As a petite person, these made my legs look longer and made me look taller but sadly they aren’t my size. I’m 5’ tall and they hit a bit past my knees. Also available in a brown color!
