Beige ruffled floral dress

Deb dress Floral tan / beige Tag size large Very cute dress Featuring ruffles at the top & bottom, under bust cinch & the straps appear to tie, I have never untied them so idk the details about them but I think they're fully adjustable ? also built in slip 100% polyester Great vintage condition, no rips or stains but there are a couple loose threads & I noticed one pull on the back middle right Measurements flat: Dress body from top to bottom about 27.5inch Cinch width about 10inch unstretched & 16.5inch stretched I got this thrifted around 2014/ 2015 & it's another dress I wore all the time the first year I owned it but haven't really worn it since. I'm selling it because I need money. Also idk about anywhere else but I know in my state Deb closed like ten years ago making their pieces vintage, discontinued & htf
