Beige by eci Boho Velvet Ruffled Off the Shoulder Bell Sleeve Blouse Small

Made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex feels like crushed velvet with a chiffon ruffle. Laying flat measures 19.5" from pit to pit. Features elastic around the neckline and layered bell sleeves.
