Beige & brown Ann Taylor Loft Plaid Blouse(Petite)

Beige and brown petite plaid blouse. 100% cotton. Only worn to work a few times and just too short on my arms. I’m short but have “regular” arms. A tiny stitching must have got caught on a ring or something towards the bottom. Overall, very gently worn and washed.
