Beige Studded Flats Size 7.5

Beige studded women's flats says size 8.5 ( that's why I bought them), but they're definitely a size 7.5. I wore them once, I don't know why they look so dirty at the bottom, but there's no marks on them at all. DEFINITELY NOT A 8.5!
