Beige sleeveless summer dress with button up front with ruffle details. Classic, basic casual dress good for work or semi-casual event. No tag. Not sure about age or fabric. It feels like some sort of linen blend, but I cannot confirm. The waist tie is not functional. It does not tighten the waist. The waist does have elastic in the back. Great condition.
