Behnaz Sarafpour for Target Silver Brocade Skirt!

This silver brocade pleated bubble skirt is to die for! I have had it for a few years, but have only worn it once--so it is in excellent used condition! The high waist and full skirt is very flattering! The skirt is also nicely lined. The quality of this garment is amazing! I am modeling it in the last picture--I wore it for a New Years party!
