Behibd the Neck tie flowy tank top

Hard to list. color block tank top with tie around neck and back. top half of the back has no staps (kind of top you need strapless bra) tighter fit on top/bust area, flowy and wider on the black bottom half. bust area has spandex strechy backing. (last pic is just the back where bra would sit) it is not modest, the V is deep but super cute flowy for summer
