m_rose95 @melina510 I only did it for 3 weeks and I still got good results. My legs hurt so bad from it tho. I felt that burn for like 2 weeks

m_rose95 Yes I was doing over 180+ squats a day but after the 3rd week I literally couldn't walk so I called it quits. I just jog a little and do some walking to keep in shape
