Bee Stitched Sheer Navy Floral Blouse This top was originally purchased at Francesca’s Collections. It can either be worn as a normal blouse or you can pull down to wear on your shoulders. The bottom is elastic and fits right on the waist. The pictures may make it look black but the color is navy with white floral design. It’s not super sheer but I recommend wearing it with a camisole or tank top underneath. All items ship fast and come from a smoke-free/pet-free home!
