Hi. What is the measurement of the sole (please measure on the inside while keeping tape measure flat on the curve of sole). Also, if you can measure height of the part of the shoe where the top of our foot rests, not the toe height but the opposite side of the height of the opening. Also, the width of that same opening. Please, all greatly appreciated.
