I don’t know why it is sticky but I tried to clean it thinking there was something on it but it didn’t help instead the particles from the wipe I used got stuck to it so now it has little white particles stuck to the top & it is still really sticky. Also I noticed that the foundation separates in the bottle when left sitting for any amount of time but you just have to shake it up really good & it is fine. Because it separates it looks like some might be missing but I can guarantee you it has never been used so there is nothing missing at all. It is fresh old stock.
